"Das Stierprinzip steht, nach dem kämpferischen, erobernden Widderprinzip, für das Bedürfnis des Menschen sich dauerhaft niederzulassen, Ackerbau zu betreiben und seinen Besitz abzugrenzen. Ich wählte deswegen die reiche Bäuerin Walburga und den Pflug und die Saat als Symbol aus. Das herrschende Element Erde stelle ich durch die Münzen dar. Der Einfluss des Planeten Venus wird durch Schraube und Mutter angedeutet. Maikäfer und Maiglöckchen illustrieren die Jahreszeit Hochfrühling."

"The Taurus principle, other than the combative and conquering Aries, stands for the need of humans to settle down permanently, to cultivate and to demarcate their possessions. That’s why I chose Walburga, a rich farm woman, the plough and seeds as a symbol. I illustrated the ruling element of earth with the coins. The influence of planet Venus is implied by the screw and the screw-nut. The ladybug and the lily-of-the-valley illustrate the season of high spring."

Paper quality
We print exclusively on Hahnemühle "William Turner" paper, it is literally the Rolls Royce of fine art papers. Both from the luminosity of the colors, the depth of the blacks, as well as in terms of structure and feel, the print can hardly be distinguished from the original. So far, no other paper has been able to hold a candle to our "champ" and we have tested almost every paper on the market.
