Diese meditative Praxis macht den Zustand von innerem Frieden und Gleichgewicht erfahrbar.
Du kannst die Einheit mit deiner inneren und äußeren Welt erfahren, wenn du diese Praxis in dein Leben integrierst.
Im Yoga nennt man dieses friedvolle göttliche Bewusstsein Samadhi.
Wenn die weibliche Mondenergie und die männliche Sonnenenergie im Gleichgewicht sind, kannst du diesen Zustand der reinen, bedingungslosen Liebe - Samadhi - erreichen.
Kapalabhati ~ ist eine Übung, die aktivierend auf Prana - deine Lebensenergie - wirkt und die Sauerstoffversorgung im Gehirn anregt und Nadi Shodana - wirkt harmonisierend auf dein gesamtes Nervensystem.
Diese beiden Techniken in Kombination sind eine hervorragende Yogapraxis, um deine beiden Energiekanäle zu reinigen, den Weg in die Erfahrung der wahren Meditation zu finden und die Glückseligkeit in dir aufsteigen zu lassen. Wie die Blüten und Blätter eines Baumes sind wir die Essenz des Baumstammes, der uns alle miteinander verbindet. Möge dein Prana in diesem kollektiven Feld von Menschen stark und hell sein. Bitte finde in dein Gleichgewicht.
Praktiziert Pranayama-Meditation-Yoga und esst keine Tiere. Lasst uns gemeinsam die Samadhi-Party starten und all die Bullshit-Energie wegblasen, die unserem Geburtsrecht, glücklich und frei zu sein, nicht mehr dient.

This meditative Practice makes the state of inner Peace and Balance tangible.
You can experience unity with your inner and outer world if you integrate this practice into your life.
In the Way of Yoga they call this peaceful divine Consciousness•Samadhi.
With the feminine moon energy and the masculine Sun energy in balance you can achieve this state of pure unconditional love Samadhi.
Kapalabhati ~ is an exercise that has an activating effect on Prana-your life energy and stimulates the oxygen supply in the brain and Nadi Shodana-has a harmonizing effect on your entire nervous system.
these two techniques in combination are excellent yoga practice to cleanse your two energy channels to find your way into the experience of true meditation and to let the bliss rise in you. Like the flowers and leaves of a tree, we are the essence of the tree trunk that connects us all. May your prana be strong and bright in this collective field of people. Please find into your Balance.

Paper quality
We print exclusively on Hahnemühle "William Turner" paper, it is literally the Rolls Royce of fine art papers. Both from the luminosity of the colors, the depth of the blacks, as well as in terms of structure and feel, the print can hardly be distinguished from the original. So far, no other paper has been able to hold a candle to our "champ" and we have tested almost every paper on the market.
